International shipping

I regularly ship paintings all over the world. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package as it comes to you. I use UPC for international shipping or DPD for domestic shipping.

If you need something urgently, please contact me before you purchase the item to see if this is possible.

Please note that there is a small chance that a package will get stuck at customs. This can take up to 6 weeks. This is very rare and unfortunately completely out of my control. Any taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Policy

Items are very well packaged and well protected, including bubble wrap and cardboard. Most of my packaging contains recycled materials. I use UPC for international shipping or DPD for domestic shipping. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package as it comes to you.

If you pay with PayPal, I will ship the item to the delivery address provided at checkout, not to the address associated with your PayPal account.

Indicative shipping time:

Shipment to Western Europe: 5 - 10 working days

Shipment to Eastern Europe: 10 - 15 working days

Shipment to the rest of the world: 5 - 30 working days

Please note that if the item is shipped abroad, there is a small chance that it can be held at customs (US) for up to 6 weeks. Please understand that this is a risk if all packages are from the Netherlands and totally out of my control. If goods are damaged as soon as you receive them, please report them as 'damaged in transit' or send an email within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns

Return Policy

I strive to ensure that all information, photos and shipping information are as accurate as possible. Therefore, all sales are final except in the case of damage. If your painting is damaged, you should, if possible, notify the courier immediately prior to receipt. You can email me at admin@viarnolli.com with any problems with your order and I will do my best to resolve any issues.

Reflection period

As a buyer of an online purchase you are entitled to 14 days reflection period, this period starts from the moment you receive the painting. If you decide not to make the purchase within this period, please send the fully completed and signed withdrawal form immediately to admin@viarnolli.com. We will schedule an appointment for the courier to pick up the painting. The cost of returning the painting is borne by the buyer. The return shipment will only be accepted undamaged in original packaging.
